Free shipping

We currently offer free shipping on all orders.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed after you receive your order confirmation. Estimated delivery to the UK is 5–10 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided in your dispatch email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at nidwella@gmail.com and we’ll help resolve it.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address, though we’ll do our best to help.
